Bug: creates thousands of TEMP files

The extension creates thousands of TEMP files in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Opera\Opera\widgets\wuid-4fcf70ab-14ea-0bf2-0a47-419923f31752\cache\sesn

After days/weeks of use, this grows so big that Opera produces a momery leak when you try to start it and it quickly takes 3+ gb of RAM.

To solve this I have to manually purge all those temp files. The extension should, somehow, purge them automatically.
