improve Newegg.com monitor

Choose any merchandise in Newegg.com, select the price number as monitor keywords, or select "in stock" or "out of stock" as keywords. And when checking, I often get: "The selected region was not found. The layout of the website might have changed or the content is added dynamically."
Don't know if it's some dynamic thing, or just not enough timeout of checking.
Please look into this.
